Regrettably, the answer is no. This course aims to teach essential life-saving skills and techniques. Having pets in class may distract other participants. To honor everyone’s time and learning experience, we kindly ask that you leave your furry companion at home while attending class. Even the most well-behaved animals can become anxious and unpredictable in new environments, especially around unfamiliar pets. For the safety of all pets and caregivers, only well-mannered furry companions are permitted in our interactive virtual course.
Classes take place in meeting rooms that are reserved according to their availability. Your instructor will share the location details within one week prior to the start date of the course.
We like to keep our classes small and cozy, so every student gets a chance to roll up their sleeves and build some serious skills! But listen up: last-minute cancellations and reschedules can leave others hanging. That’s why we offer a one-time reschedule option within six months of your original booking. After that, it’s a non-refundable fee—sorry, no take-backs! Thanks for being awesome and understanding!
